Description	Log positions of players to a DB (time, steamid?, nick, position). Could be used on a website to interactively follow players. Alternatively simply draw positions in a file like in [https://gist.github.com/oberhamsi/10415802 this script].

Description	As the set up of the instance mentions. a telnet will be made for management purposes. However with every command we see a connection refused error from the telnet port. This results in thinking the instance is running while it is not. making it unable to delete, edit or kill it. Could you please give more detailed information in what to do in such situations?
