Alloc fixes not enabled in FRT client until after restart

Description
Greetings. I am not sure if this is an issue with allocs fixes specifically, or with the FRT server manager, so I thought id try here first.
I seem to have a problem with the allocs fixes status being red until after a server restart. This seems to be an issue every time I connect with the server manager tool until I reset the server each time.
Currently connecting via the webconsole since I cannot get telnet to work. Not sure if that is related.

Detection of the status is FRTs business, I can't influence this. As long as the mod is loaded that's all that can be done on this side.

Actually, correction. Even after a restart, it does not seem to be showing green for Alloc's Fixes. It now seems very sporadic when it is actually shown as enabled.
